Topic for Research Paper

The Individual Project topic must be on a company, industry, or business practice that has direct relevance to our course – Introduction to Business Ethics. 

Company: Volkswagen 

In your project you must relate specific elements of the course to your topic. What is your purpose in studying this topic?

Purpose: I own a Volkswagen so it will be interesting to learn more about the company

Here is some basic criteria for the final individual project to consider when you are searching and selecting your topic:

. The project (paper) must be a minimum of 5 pages (not including title page and references), double spaced, no greater than 12 point font, with numbered pages.

. You must use a minimum of 5 external sources (references) in addition to the textbook.

. You must cite your sources (APA preferred, MLA is acceptable).

. The basic format for your individual project should include (1) an introduction to the topic, (2) identification of the questions or issues you are researching, (3) relevant ethical theories or principles, (4) conclusion and or recommendations.
