The changes in a project are accepted, rejected, or handled in the Perform Integrated Change control process. From submission of a change request until its implementation and closure, performing the integrated change control process ensures successful change management in a project.

Using the change management plan Word template, create a change management plan reflecting the 5% increase in scope. Remember that you’re using a template, so some areas may not applicable given the nature of your project.
