• Chapter 3: Cost of Capital, Capital Structure Analysis and Distributions
• Chapter 4: Financial Statement Forecasts
• Chapter 5: Cash Flow Valuation
• Chapter 6: Relative (Multiples) Valuation Analysis
• Chapter 7: Summary and Conclusions
• Conclusion: Price expectations (MUST GIVE YOUR VALUATION PER SHARE)

Paper: Topics I can talk about: Global food security/ GM vs non GM/ you can talk about anything. The company you will analyze, is something other than Kraft, Nesle, Conagra, Pepsi, P&G/ MARS/ Kellogg’s. (the big companies)

Pick companies like: Svenska Lantmannen

Individual paper: Pick a company that’s local in the food business, (For example, Senomyx) (Ajinomoto, Japanese company that produces seasonings) (Nutrasweet)
