Create a SWOTT table summarizing your findings. Your environmental analysis should consider a total of 7 forces/trends from both the internal and external factors list.  Note, however, that legal/regulatory and economic are required. For the 7 factors you have selected, identify one primary strength or weakness (internal factors) and one primary opportunity or threat (external factors) and include it in your table.  Attach your SWOTT table as a separate file OR append it to the end of your paper.

Write a synopsis of no more than 1,050 words in which you analyze 7 relevant forces and trends from the list above. Critique how well the division adapts to change.  Analyze and explain the supply chain of the new division of the existing business. Identify issues:

• Identify the major issues that your division faces based on your analysis.
• Generate a hypothesis surrounding each issue and research questions to use for conducting analysis.
• Classify each issue according to importance.
