Part I

In this section of your training design you will design a one page overall evaluation form to measure the success of your training. This rubric will evaluate the overall success of your training, not a specific learning activity.

Search “evaluation rubrics” on the Internet for different forms and styles. Choose the best form and adapt the wording and percentages to your project. You will implement this in your final project.

Part II

this is also one page Create a feedback form for your participants to complete after training. Include at least 3 open-ended questions that ask your participants how they felt after training and a space for additional comments.

Assignment 2

Use the attached papers project 1, 2, 3, 4 and the completed assignment from assignment 1 on this to help with this use the refrences in the papers

Once you have delivered your training, in a least three pages, complete a reflection including the following:

•   What things went well?

•   What things did not go well?

•   What was the hardest part about delivering the training?

•   What did you learn most?

•   How did the participants respond?

•   What would you do differently next time?

•   Include any other comments about your training experience.

Include the completed feedback forms from your training participants.

As you’ve learned, determining the success of your training is an important part of your instructional design. In 1 page:

For this assignment, research a case study in the Rasmussen library that illustrates the forces of change and their impact on an organization. Then in a 2  page paper,
