· Discuss what could happen if management does not fulfill responsibilities related to finance.  If you have one, share a real world example from your own professional experience or from an external source.

If a management doesn’t meet their responsibilities they could lose their service. Because of poor management, I used to work for a small computer repair business, and saw it close down. It was an extremely successful business but the owner had bad management skills. She would utilize the service money to buy personal items. When we needed to order product for the service she had actually already invested it. She did not have a financial plan that would ensure the success of her business or invest it back into the business to see it grow.

When management does not fulfill responsibilities in regards to finance the organization is in jeopardy.  There is a small business that I am aware of in my community which had to shut its doors partly due to the lack of control and responsibility of finances it took over the organization.  For this particular organization they did not manage finances properly which lead to some finance hard times.  This is just a simple example of what could happen to an organization if management does not fulfill responsibilities of finance
