Read the “Case: GMFC Custom Conveyer Division” on pages 195-196 of our textbook (at the end of chapter 6).  Make sure that you read the case carefully, and take notes on the people involved.
Submit a 1.5-2 page paper, double spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman, to discuss the following:
You have a management role GMFC.  How would you develop a strategy to maintain a nonunion environment?  How would you respond to untruthful information about the company, and promote a nonunion environment?  How will you deal with Dave Neumeier if he starts to encourage employees to unionize?
